Dreamers Inc. and TransCity advise many organizations in how to appeal to bicultural Dutch and Belgians. These are often large national and international brands, but in recent years they have also included film producers who want to reach new multicultural audiences. They produce films that tell stories from the perspectives of citizens from our multicultural societies.
In 2021, two feature films and a VOD series premiered, in which Dreamers Inc. and TransCity were involved at various levels. For the Moroccan-Dutch film comedy 'Meskina', Dreamers Inc. recruited, among others, almost a hundred (mainly) Moroccan-Dutch extras, produced the wedding scene (the opening scene of the film) and arranged sponsorship deals. In the Netherlands, the film attracted more than 200,000 moviegoers.
Since March 2022, Meskina is also available on Netflix internationally. In the first week after its Netflix release, the film made it to the top 10 in 37 countries, including many South American countries, while the version dubbed into French was in the top 10 in France, Switzerland and Morocco, even ranking #1 in Morocco.
In addition, Dreamers Inc. played a role in the promotion of the film, including working with a number of influencers.
For Mocro Mafia 4( Fremantle), Dreamers Inc. has casted the new recruit, among others.
For the film '10 Songs for Charity', which premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival in 2021, Dreamers Inc. and TransCity provided substantive advice. We also provided radio and online promotion.
For the feature film 'The Moroccan Wedding' by Johan Nijenhuis, Dreamers Inc. recruited over 500 extras, most of them with a Moroccan/North African background. The film premiered on June 2, 2022.
