From the moment that the large banks in the Netherlands started to close most smaller bank branches, a large number of bank safes to be rented by bank customers were lost. And that is exactly the kind of services that bicultural Dutch consumers use a lot. For example, to store their dowry. TransCity was closely involved in the development of various social campaign videos aimed at Turkish and Moroccan Dutch consumers. In addition, TransCity was also responsible for the recruitment of the 12 Moroccan and Turkish-Dutch models for their role in six online commercials, as well as the supervision and management of these models.

Furthermore, TransCity developed radio commercials for De Nederlandse Kluis, target group-specific out of home campaigns and promos (see below), engaged micro-influencers, advises on the media to be used, develops online banners and event promotion, and takes care of media buying, including editorial content in Turkish-Dutch media.
